Welcome to Bfree Publishing Society ("Bfree," "we," "our," or "us").

These Terms of Service govern participation in our membership program and the volunteer-led services we provide. By becoming a member or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Mission

Bfree Publishing Society exists to uplift, equip, and amplify individuals and organizations who affirm The First Principle—that the God of the Bible is the Creator of Heaven and Earth.

Our services are offered in furtherance of this mission and are intended to support voices that align with our organizational values.

2. Nature of Membership

Membership is a voluntary relationship between Bfree and its members.

Membership contributions help support the ministry and allow volunteers to continue providing digital outreach and publishing services to the community.

Membership does not constitute the purchase of guaranteed work hours, deliverables, or commercial marketing services.

3. Volunteer-Led Services

All services provided through Bfree are performed by volunteers.

Because our work is volunteer-led:

• Services are offered as resources become available.

• Timelines may vary.

• Specific requests may be accepted, modified, delayed, or declined.

• Membership contributions are not payments in exchange for specific services.

Participation in Bfree should not be interpreted as creating a contractual quid pro quo relationship for any particular project or deliverable.

4. Member Content Ownership

Any original digital content created by Bfree volunteers specifically for a member—including graphics, social media posts, videos, written materials, branding assets, and similar works—is considered the member's digital property upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Members may use, modify, publish, or distribute that content without additional permission from Bfree.

Bfree retains the right to display completed work for ministry, educational, promotional, or portfolio purposes unless a member requests otherwise in writing.

5. Member Responsibilities

Members agree to:

• Provide accurate information when requesting services.

• Communicate respectfully with volunteers and other members.

• Use Bfree resources in a lawful manner.

• Respect the mission and values of the organization.

6. Eligibility and Alignment

Because Bfree exists to serve a specific mission, we reserve the right to determine whether a project, organization, message, or request aligns with our purpose.

We may decline, discontinue, or refuse services if we believe a request:

• conflicts with our mission or Statement of Faith;

• promotes ideas, activities, or messages inconsistent with our organizational values;

• could reasonably harm the reputation or ministry of Bfree;

• is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

Bfree is under no obligation to provide an explanation for decisions regarding acceptance or refusal of service.

7. Ending Membership

Membership may be ended at any time.

A member may cancel membership for any reason.

Likewise, Bfree reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership at any time, with or without notice, if we determine doing so is in the best interests of the organization or its mission.

Termination of membership does not affect ownership of digital content previously delivered to the member.

8. Availability of Services

While we strive to serve every member faithfully, we cannot guarantee:

• completion of every request;

• specific turnaround times;

• continuous availability of volunteers;

• uninterrupted operation of our website or digital platforms.

Services are provided based upon volunteer availability and organizational capacity.

9. No Professional Advice

Content and services provided by Bfree are intended for informational, educational, publishing, and ministry purposes.

Nothing provided by Bfree should be considered legal, financial, accounting, tax, investment, or other professional advice.

Members are responsible for obtaining qualified professional advice when needed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bfree Publishing Society, its directors, volunteers, members, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the membership program or use of our services.

Members assume responsibility for how they use any content or materials provided.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as our ministry grows or legal requirements change.

Continued participation after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
